Our individualized coaching sessions start with discovering what you value most from your well-being. We’ll then use those values to develop specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. I’ll show you how to tap in to your own inner guidance to create health goals with reasonable time frames and actionable objectives, so you always know exactly what you’re working toward.

What to Expect
First, we’ll decide if we’re a good fit.
You’ll complete a health history questionnaire so I can learn more about your unique challenges and goals. Then, we’ll spend an hour chatting about you. There’s so much more to you (and your health) than what you eat or how much you exercise. I want to get to know who you really are, beyond what’s on paper.
This initial session is complimentary, so you can test the waters before you commit.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we will schedule a minimum of six to twelve coaching sessions over the course of at least three to six months. Each 50-minute session is designed to meet your needs as you work toward your wellness goals. I’ll provide you with resources to guide you in making educated decisions. I’ll ask you thought-provoking questions as you move forward, and I’ll support you in creating a healthier life that you love.
During the next few months, you will:

- Work to achieve and maintain a healthy weight
- Understand and reduce cravings
- Increase your energy and feel great in your body
- Learn how to easily add new foods to your routine
- Improve your relationships with confidence

When you work with me, you’ll get:
